Lack of communication resulted in me without income for over a month - Recensione dipendente - Education Support Worker presso KEYFORT Group

I interviewed with this company at the beginning of august. I was successful and so got offered a job, I signed the contract with a start date for the beginning of September and so I handed in my notice for my previous job to start this role at the beginning of September. It was a week before I was supposed to start and I had completed all online training that was required. At this point I had no contact from the company. I emailed my only contact within the company which was a lady in HR, she reassured me that my line manager would contact me in September. It is now a week into September and I still had no contact. I emailed HR again and she said I would get contacted this week. It is now the end of September, I asked for my line managers contact, I emailed her and had no response, I reported this to HR and I had got ignored. I followed up this and she reassured me that somebody would be contacting me. It is a week later, I have still had no contact from anybody within the company. I am now in debt as I have had no income for a month. The communication from this company is Appalling. I would not recommend working with this company if you like to pay your rent or bills as they will ignore you and give you no shifts.
