For a first ever job I was overworked and left alone after only a week, and even though I was a part time, I still got rostered on 8 hour days 5 days a week. Ergonomically speaking it was all wrong so my back started breaking and the store I was in hand an extremely cramped and poorly designed kitchen. 0 to 100 real quick.
