You don't get paid enough You often get left on your own and you have to deal with the lobby and serving customers at the same time as doing a close. Very stressful Management are useless No staff (less than 10) I'm part time yet I'm having to work 42.5 hours a week + college because we are short staffed. Lots of people phone in sick all the time Wanting to leave but your manager threatens to give you a bad reference if you do. Awful.
