Fantastic store staff, horrendous company - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso KFC

Zero opportunity for advancement unlike McDoanlds. They cut hours without any respectable notice, terribly understaffed, 3 people running the entire restaurant ( a busy successful restaurant). No care whatsoever. No bonus, employee of the month or any kind of personal recognition. No quarterly performance reviews, everything is locked at minimum wage. I had a great experience with the hard working staff in this store but a negative experience with the quality of the job.
