-Stressful. -Managers shove off any opinions you put forth. -Co-Workers (At my location) are a large group of friends, and treat each other like friends, NOT CO-WORKERS. -Managers don't care about mostly anything and sit in the office on their phones all the time -Schedule is randomized. Have no clue when I work other than the fact I have to check the schedule every week.
