      Since KFSHRC has a multi-racial, multi-cultural workforce, it may sometimes be difficult to blend in with the group as they speak a different language most of who do not speak English. Therefore it is challenging to work in this environment.

      Work can get very stressful and very hard to upgrade your career since they prioritize the locals more. Staff are diverse but they do not promote multiculturalism the last time I checked.
