Be prepared for customers to not know that you were coming, or that they have expressed concerns/issues and have not heard anything back. Ineffective communication with clients. Many clients complain about a lack of communication with higher-ups. Does not have a standard process for ensuring up-to-date information on technical drawings and other important documents that are required in a traveling field tech position. No concern for safety. Just need to get the job done. No onboarding. Senior members and engineers can and will talk to or treat you in any way they feel and leadership will give excuses for their known behavior. There's a noticeable absence of management intervention in conflict resolution. This is a crucial area where our leadership can step in and ensure a harmonious work environment.
