Good salary , good culture, good environment

Nothing negative, all are good, all are positive

1. Gives you an opportunity to kick off your career as a fresher. 2. Most of the fellow beings are friendly and ready to assist you. 3. Can learn technical things

1. Only minimal salary for fresher which is a huge disrespect and sometimes ill treated 2. Poor management. People of their community are given more importance. 3. Politics within and among the teams 4. Won't understand the value of a resource until they get a new job elsewhere 5. Life after office hours is almost none. Expects the employees to stay late 6. Imposes cheap rules like banning mobile phone inside office, blocking shopping website 7. Poor training on domain/technology 8. No proper transportation provided
