Working at KGISL has been a frustrating experience especially in Kuala lupur. The work-life balance is poor, with excessive workloads and unrealistic expectations. Management is ineffective, lacks transparency, and fails to take employee concerns seriously. The work culture is toxic, filled with favoritism and office politics, making career growth difficult.
A major issue is job stability—when a project ends, employees are immediately asked to resign instead of being reassigned. Management is unable to secure new projects, especially in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, leading to sudden job losses. Additionally, the exit process is unnecessarily difficult, with delays in issuing No Objection Certificates (NOC), creating unnecessary stress for departing employees.
Overall, the lack of stability, poor management, and unfair exit policies make this a difficult place to work. I would not recommend this company for professionals seeking long-term career growth and stability.
