Lacks diversity. Male dominated. No one will advocate for you. They will fire you without a care in the world instead of finding a better spot for you, this is an archaic way of doing things. Wouldn't doubt it if the HR leader is racist. No talent development or career development here. Crappy benefits. Crappy pay. You'll never get a raise unless you're in mid to upper leadership. No equity system in place. For being "woman owned" there's a lot of males running the place.
