Workload can be overwhelming and unstructured, with multiple tasks assigned simultaneously, sometimes unrelated to core responsibilities, which can lead to inefficiency and burnout. The company enforces an 8 AM to 6 PM work culture, which may not align with modern IT industry standards that emphasize flexibility and productivity over long hours. High employee burnout due to unclear expectations and lack of structured guidance, especially for new hires who may require more comprehensive onboarding and mentorship.
