Thank you for sharing your feedback about your experience at our agency. We take all feedback seriously and as an agency we do not tolerate any type of antisocial or discriminatory behaviour. We have several avenues that employees can use to reach out for support, internally, through our Talent Team as well as Mental Health First Aiders, and externally through our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) support line. We also have in place various mechanisms where all staff can raise issues: 1) 1:1s with your manager, via buddy schemes and/or by escalating to our Talent team if required. 2) Weekly anonymous online Pulse surveys which are reviewed by our Talent team. 3) Finally, all leavers have an exit interview with our Head of Talent. We have reviewed all of these and have no reports of this behaviour over the last 12 months. Based on your feedback, we will reaffirm these methods to our agency to ensure that if anyone should ever experience these issues, they are able and feel safe to report it and know the channels on how to do so.
