Every function and region does whatever they want Strong silo mentality and blaming-other culture No HR, no code of conduct, no shared values, no career development opportunities Several burnout cases across the company. They put employees to assume two job positions in one person Toxic managers keep their jobs and damage the morale of their teams. The company does nothing about it Some managers hire employees because they're paying them back favors from previous jobs
