The products are fun and cheap, therefore easy to sell.
It is a great place to work if you want to get your foot in the door, NOT if you have experience already.

The pay is atrocious. This is the highest position I've worked in retail with the lowest pay I have ever had in retail as a STORE MANAGER.
Expectations are way to high and unrealistic for a brand that barely pays you to survive.
Work/life balance does not exist..
