Absolutely no training provided yet there was a lot of pressure to hit targets There were lots of health & safety issues in store that were continuously ignored by higher ups Minimum wage Only one manager so non managerial staff had to do manager jobs for minimum wage No staff room in store and inadequate storage space creating a huge health & safety risk as well as a fire hazard that no one cared about Two members of staff came into contact with someone with covid and were forced to work before their test results came back
