Management wants you to work as a slave(A typical Indian mentality to take as much as you can from the employee). The HR will always call on very small issues after office hours as well. If you are a person who want to keep your point on the table, this is not a place for you as they always want people to work according to their terms and conditions. The CEO of this company from NewYork is very proud of himself . It happen personally with me that he takes phone calls in front of you and scold other people which is quite nonprofessional. The day you enter in the office- they have a policy to like them on facebook and linkedin which is weird. If you are coming from a good or bigger organization then this not a place for you.
