Terrible upper management and leadership of the overall company. Bad synastry between departments, leading to clashes and unnecessary drama.

Poor upper management, poor decisions made with Engineering and absolutely no company culture makes everyday here feel like working at a circus. I typically see employees asleep at their desks. Whilst there are plans to build an office in central London the current location is still bad. Being next to dual carriage way in Acton It's a bit of a walk from any tube station.
