Poor communication between departments. Unreal expectations of drivers and no considerations for driver needs or wants. More emphasis on freight timing than a stable sleep schedule for drivers. Once you've paid back your academy tuition you're expendable and likely to be fired over any small detail so they can put a green trainee they can manipulate in your truck. Dispatchers spend little time talking to any driver and you're just another number to them. Difficult to find a reliable dispatcher that actually does their job correctly.
