Very two-faced leadership rolls, unbroken promises (new job rolls) favoritism at it's finest, basically only promotions given are to the ones that are friends with the boss. Jobs taken away from some just to hire new staff even when the job is done properly and no other staff is needed. Sexual harassment, harassment to others if you are not "as good as" others. While time is given by management to learn your roll co-workers are not so forgiven to those who don't catch on as quickly as they expect you should. The way that some employees talk to the drivers is unprofessional and rude. The way they talk about drivers is unnecessary and uncalled for. Very unprofessional office staff. Very toxic work environment. To much chit-chat and playing around when work can be done.
