Decent pay for area, comfortable job that didn't demand much physically. Manager respected employees and cared about them

All in person work, in this industry there was no guarantee things would be on time so hours could be long

Awesome benefits 401k , Insurance. Great database to use. Managers is more than a manager but a great leader as well. Makes a big difference.

Doesn't have SOP set up surprisingly. Kind of have to self teach alot. Truly a testament of ones own work ethic.
