      I don’t recommend to work in this company

      The worst experience ever! They don’t care about people and doesn’t have “now how” to manage project. No scrum culture is used in the project, developers are forced to be their own scrum master and decide the project management by themselves.

      Toxic work environment, management in Portugal say yes to everything that comes from France, without questioning it. This causes overload in the employees, a very disorganized environment to work. Management only wants to please Paris without taking care of its employees.
