There is still great team spirit among employees, and a nice familiar atmosphere. Office premises are good.

- Low payment, no bonus, no recognition at the top level (disrespectful even), extra working hours are so naturally expected and taken for granted. Employees are leaving on a regular basis and not being replaced. They get by on temporary contracts and trainees that are not being renewed even though the company is lacking resources (in some cases, business continuity is at risk). - Completely unorganized!! Formal tasks change every week. Teams merge every couple of months. Management "moves" and changes every couple of months. Procedures get lost, there is absolutely no formal working workflow to follow within a team and between teams. -Normal workload is a constant and stressing "patching" of basic issues that could have been avoided with proper organization, guidance and better upper management. Impossible to prioritize your work. - Deployments are made without proper warning of the employees (no training, just figure things out yourself). - There is the feeling of a hidden agenda behind all of this.
