Fun project work, interesting customer applications. Very clean and well-organized manufacturing environment. Great group of people very passionate about the work performed. Has a really nice familial feel to it where everyone works together to achieve the same end goals.

Business can be cyclical - some years are up while others are down. Trenton, NJ facility is not an R&D and development center, so not much ground-up development is performed here.

Very helpful environment, some people are actually willing to take the time to make sure you understand all of the different processes.
