Horrible work enviroment - Recensione dipendente - Program Specialist presso KOICA

The work enviroment is horrible due the high rate of discrimination that has the korean staff to the local staff in latin america. This discrimination tend to get worse every 2 years with the adminiatration changes. No human resources department in the latin america offices. Imposible to grow up professionally. They don't like to respect the laws of the country where they are working.
