The work pressure wasn't much and some team members were supportive. I don't have anything else to say.

- Inferior management. They do not have an HR. So, forget about any leave policy, increment policy, extra work pays, etc. - I joined as a content writer but had to work in other departments that weren't remotely related to my job profile. There was no extra pay for that. - There is no proper leave policy. I was told that working from home is a "privilege" and therefore they discourage employees from taking leave. I got the job during COVID and was paid much less due to remote work. - During the interview I was promised a performance appraisal of 7- 10%. Even after completing 6 months of probation successfully, there was no formal acknowledgment or appraisal. - I worked in the company for a year and 2 months. Even after requesting an increment multiple times, there was no response. - There is no appreciation for your hard work. Some of the employees love to micro-manage everything even if you work with dedication. - As a content writer you have to write and edit emails which was a surprise to me. - Everything is micro-managed by the CEO. The behavior of the CEO is abusive. I have personally faced and witnessed other employees getting verbally abused for a minor mistake.

Work is done at home. No client contact.

Svantaggi

Project training is poor. Left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Makes simple project way to complicated, almost undoable. Employee clicks, if your not in, you are out. Min wage or less.

Less Workload, Team Members in Office are like family members, Nice People.

Poor Management. A London-based company with a six-day work week. The second and fourth Saturday are off. No Increment (Need to keep reminding them for months and get 2-3k in 1-1.5 years). No Appreciation of Hard work. No Leave Policy as they have no HR. Work there if you have no self-respect. Be prepared to be treated according to the owner's mood.
