The delusion of the following statement : KONE's strong emphasis on the employee journey from onboarding to leadership development sets it apart. Every team member receives personalised orientation and role-specific training, enabling new hires and seasoned professionals to thrive. New field staff hires barely get any on job training and will be left clueless on their own. Overseas travel will be incurred under field staff own personal expenses and be paid the next following calendar month. Despite several years , there is no increase of transport allowances which not commensurate with current inflation despite company securing substantial projects . Increment is strictly based on the manager that you have and that by itself is a bias on it's own. New hires from different industries coming around and securing management positions with " innovative " ideas that is out of touch and do not correlate with industry .

The benefits were great although expensive. Lots of flexibility with your schedule for appointments. 2 days in office 3 days work from home. Good PTO and 401k was great.

There are a lot of great reasons to work for Kone but overall the environment isn't great. Management has their favorites so the employees that aren't within that circle are treated poorly to the point of quitting.
