The culture in WA is toxic, extremely high turn over of managers, managers constantly complaining that their salaries are so low, back stabbing culture, high school environment in stores- immature and unprofessional managers. Clear favoritism from Area Manager- completely inconsistent leadership. I would be more surprised if I heard a Kookai girl say something positive about another behind their back. It hasn’t happened yet.
