Opportunities to get plugged into great projects.

Sometimes they are slow to make changes, but I see that they are trying to make changes.

Great work-life balance, very kind employee and leadership base, ability to guide and control your own career. Great autonomy but support when needed.

If you're on the business support side, you will not be given the same growth opportunities. If you advocate for it, some cross-training or certifications are available, but not much else. Pay is extremely below market standard.
