Some Senior Staff and Management can be accused of favoritism and avoiding responsibilities. -Almost no technical and management mentorship to younger/entry-level staff. -Blame-game is a big part of the culture and people are not valued. All they seem to care about is the money and profits of the bonus pool. -There are almost no helpful performance reviews. The managers are not aware of how and what you worked on throughout the year and what aspects should you improve on.
