Disconnect between team leads and regular engineers also may exist but depends on the team -Evident that many are consistently working long hours for shoddy pay/ non-existent bonuses -(WORK FROM HOME) Many people take hours/whole day to respond to simple questions (or don't respond at all) when you message them via MS Teams/Email. Good luck trying to reaching them via phone. -Toxic individuals (unprofessional, bad mouthing, gas lighting) that are allowed to do as they please
