Free Coffee. Time off was granted easily if you needed it, for the most part. They seemed to understand Work Life Balance if you needed to go to a doctors appointment, had sick children at home. ETC.

Where to begin? I was told during the hiring process, how much money you could make. The example I was given, was a bonus of up to $3,000 a month, in addition to your base pay. Of the dozen or so clients, KPI was doing Lead Gen work for at the time, there was maybe one project, where it was possible to bonus that kind of money. First you had to make enough calls, and get minimum of 2000 points for the month to even qualifty for bonus money (1 point for leaving a voice mail, and 5 for speaking with someone on the phone). It was possible, if you had a quality list to call from. Basically, if you made 2000 calls, and left 2000 voice mails, you qualified for the bonus money. Easier said than done, given the list you were working with was too small, or full of disconnected numbers or inaccurate information. Mostly, you were given lists to call from, that hadn't been verified, either by the company KPI was calling on behalf of Or KPI itself. The Company was closed for most days during the Christmas Holidays, but if you wanted to get paid, for the days the company was officially closed, you had to use your Personal Time Off Days (PTO). If you didn't have any earned time, you basically lost 44 hours of pay, between Thanksgiving and New Years. And being closed those days, they still expected you to hit your goals. They have multiple CRM's, and the expectation is the new folks, must understand it on their own, as they seem most concerned of full-filing the call volume, of the client agreements, Vs, helping the individual rep reach their full potential. Extremely High Turn over. Of the 35 or so reps that were there, only 3-4 had any tenure. One or two, more than 5 years, while the rest had been there less than a year
