Employees are treated like robots, high work pressure, minimal pay. Randomly on Thursdays they announce that Saturday is working with no incentives/ bonus. You won't learn anything here and there's limited growth. It's really hard to switch into another department, feels like a call center. Although they won't label this office as a BPO, it's probably worse than working at a BPO. Oh, and if you're late to lunch, don't expect there to be any food left in the canteen.
