1. Extremely high workload. After you have some hands on experience, you will be used as a working machine. Management team thinks you have unlimited capacity. When you are already working on a project with tight timeline, new projects keep coming to you with still tight deadline. 2. Very poor compensation. Management team extremely mean in terms of compensation. You don't even get fairly paid for your workload and stress level even though you work 60 hours per week for months a year. 3. Very slow internal tools. The daily work is actually repetitive but the internal tool is very old and cumbersome. You can waste a lot time on tools. 4. Inefficient and messy internal communication.
