Great people, good atmosphere. Opportunities for travel overseas. Flexible working and excellent work/life balance. There are great training opportunities, although you often need to seek these out for yourself, you won't necessarily be offered them. Depending on your team, there can be a great out of work social life with team members, including some senior management.

Can be too flexible - not enough time spent by management in the office to manage the teams so some team members can go off-task. The company is so large that there seem to be several groups doing closely related but different facets of the same tasks/projects; this can make communications complex and goals difficult to acheive.
