Flexible WFH arrangements. Office kinda convenient. Lots of staff benefits such as Fun@Work etc. Also for the first time in my life, I get to play the minority card despite being part of the majority race in singapore.
Svantaggi
1) zero to no salary increments. i cant say for manager and above. but AM and below, jump around to get your bumps. 2) Prepare to rot if you join non-client facing departments. Lowest increments, lowest bonuses and getting a promotion is harder than my morning wood. 3) Processes are stupid, you have people coming in on EPs and these are the people keeping processes dumb and inefficient because if things were to actually become efficient and work, there isn't a need for them honestly.
