      - Good salary for a Big 4 (even on a global standard) - No income tax! - Working hours are decent - Significant growth potential as they promote yearly - Brand recognition in the country is high

      Svantaggi

      - Not the same quality as KPMG in west, the more experienced hire you are, the more you'll benefit of moving to KSA - Basic stuff like proper onboarding does not work well, things just takes a lot longer here. Everything you take for granted how things should be, just doesn't work well (read: efficiently)
