I previously worked at this packaging and printing company, and based on my personal experience, the overall working conditions were quite disappointing. The salary was significantly lower than the industry average, and the working hours were often inconsistent. Overtime was frequently required, but it was not compensated, which made the workload feel very demanding and unsustainable. Another concern was the work environment. Communication from some members of the management team was unprofessional at times, and employees often felt pressured rather than supported. This had a negative impact on morale and made it difficult to stay motivated.

You get to meet great people here, a place where you have the freedom to explore or do anything, and your colleague likely won't disturb you

However, it is not a place to grow a long-term career.
