• Continuous improvement is only discussed in the endless amount of meetings. No real action is taken to improve processes.
• The computer system is outdated and needs to be updated. The key process is "work around" the computer system which wastes valuable time getting work done.
•Quality assurance is a joke. No one ever lasts in QA who wants to improve the quality and process.
