The pay is good, very competitive for the area. Larger companies don't pay as well.
Benefits are also very good.
There are company sponsored lunches and outings. These are quite fun as I have been to a few. I attended almost every company lunch and there is catered food.
Coffee and snacks are a plenty - FREE.
Annual company sponsored dinner usually at an upscale location and annual awards.
There is usually a generous bonus and/or gift in your goody bag - c'mon who does that these days.

Missing team spirit and company spirit. Most people I worked with simply came in for their paycheck, did their work but for the paycheck.
Had too many managers and not enough people to manage - top heavy, way too heavy.
There was some amount of favoritism, even though it will not be admitted this behavior was evident.
