There is a strong work life balance in my role. I am able to work from home if I need to, I am able to flex hours and be available for my kids events and activities. The people are really nice and helpful. There is opportunity for growth.

Svantaggi

There is lack of hands on training and the begining can feel overwhelming because there is such a high need that you get a workload while not knowing what to do.
