Thank you for your feedback. We are listening and we will pass your comments along to leadership. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion + Belonging (DEI+B) continues to be a priority and topic of discussion. Our DEI+B council conducts an annual Inclusion Survey to get information on areas of focus to make progress on. They are also diligently working on an updated Inclusive Language Guide that will be shared across all KVC nationwide. The work in DEI+B will always be evolving and constant at KVC.
