I am relatively new to KVC Health Systems, I have completed my orientation and have started working in my new role, so far I am completely enthralled by how wonderful this company truly is. I have loved every moment of working for this company and what we are trying to achieve. We are setting the foreground for something bigger and better for foster youth. I can't wait to see how this program will expand and change for the better. My team and supervisors are extremely helpful and so supportive. They are wonderful at facilitating tasks, but also letting us grow on our own. We all work beautifully together and are able to collaborate and bounce ideas off each other, and have the freedom to facilitate ideas that become reality. This company has been a dream to work with so far, and I hope I can continue to grow here and advance in my career. I also hope there is room to improve in salary growth as well.

The staff is just so nice and very helpful and supportive I’ve never been more happy at a job ! Most places don’t care for there employees but camber has been absolutely fantastic. The staff the culture just has been amazing I finally feel like I have a place somewhere !

Pay is significantly below for-profit market rates. nonprofit pay scale is a real tradeoff Director role is highly unstructured can feel chaotic, especially in 24/7 locations requiring after-hours work Toxic employees can linger too long the kindness and grace extended to everyone delays removal Some employees stay in roles that aren't a good long-term fit simply because they love the culture Heavy meeting load at director level can crowd out focused, strategic work
