While we do sometimes offer a small thank you gift such as a gift card for employees who take the time to write a review, we never require or request that they write a positive one. Participants are explicitly encouraged to be honest and share their true experience, whether positive, negative, or mixed. Our goal is simply to encourage more voices and greater transparency. We believe that all feedback, even critical feedback, helps us learn and improve. We’re committed to ethical practices and take integrity seriously in everything we do, including how we handle employee reviews. The staff is just so nice and very helpful and supportive I’ve never been more happy at a job ! Most places don’t care for there employees but camber has been absolutely fantastic. The staff the culture just has been amazing I finally feel like I have a place somewhere !
