This is an exceptional company with a highly engaged executive team. The new head of HR and the CEO actively engage with employees in the field, taking the time to listen and truly understand their perspectives. In my experience, it’s rare for tech companies to have leadership so accessible and involved, especially so early on. Over the past few months, I’ve seen significant improvements, and I’m genuinely excited about the company’s growth as it continues to evolve as a standalone organization. There are very few areas for improvement, if any. The communication from leadership is unparalleled - hands down the best I’ve encountered in my 20+ years in the industry. Keep up the fantastic work!

This relates to the NY office. -The pay and benefits were fine, had Aetna insurance (not 100% paid by the company). -Was hybrid, only in office 2-3 days per week. -Decent work/life balance. Not many times had to do work out of standard work hours.

-If you're not also upper management, then upper management has no real desire to hear your opinion or input. -prefer "yes-men" over honest opinions led to "bullying by exclusion", meaning purposefully left out of major planning meetings that should have been a part of. was personally a victim of this and have been told by others it happened to them.
