Unless you're Burmese or Asian you probably don't have much of a chance of advancing or keeping your job. How does someone land a job as a team lead or supervisor/manager when they can't communicate with their team because of language barriers? How is it fair that employees get their 60 day reviews done by someone that hasn't been around enough to give an actual honest review of their work? Their is a certain female supervisor there (we will call her "Luth" for privacy). She is extremely snobby especially towards other females. She doesn't put any initiative into being a leader. If you go to her with questions, she will treat you like you're an idiot. She's always right and everyone else is always wrong. It was so bad when I worked there that literally every night I would over hear atleast a handful of employees complaining to each other about her.
