Since the original owner sold to new international group owners, they have transformed the working culture for the worse. Constant re-structuring really just means sacking staff. Used to have award-winning culture but now it seems that the singular focus on profit generation overrides anything and everything else that the company stands for. This should not be a company vision - it should be the result of a vision that is executed successfully.
