      Low salary Non competitive pto Poor senior management - very little transparency and communication. Pretty obvious layoff selections were a hit list. Found several talented, high performing individuals were made "redundant" that all had the same common denominator of not being liked by a certain VP. Encourages internal survey submissions and then will hunt down bad feedback on Peakon - your real opinions are not truly welcomed.
