After finishing the Summer Associate program, I undoubtedly knew that I wanted to return to Kaiser as a Consultant even upon leaving for a real estate investment firm; Kaiser is a special place in that it is a boutique-sized company that values the happiness and ultimate success of its people and the excellence and precision reflected in the work provided to clients.
