Micro Management, Lot of Politics / if they see you performing well they try to bring you down and control you instead of uplifting your spirit. Foul use of language , Arrogance and disrespectful . Should never trust the words of the sales team leaders. Upper management does not care / respect for the reviews if working in sales. Your knowledge would always be said not to use it . Just blindly follow the direction, no exchange of ideas. Self centric attitude: If you bring something which is hindering growth , truths of the company to table it is considered excuse instead of helping as a team to built sustainable solutions. If you try to solve problem / bring permanent solution then seniors would like to take advantage of your solution , sugar it to higher authority and would try to pull you down. Lack of trust, insecurity within employees less transparency, you would not feel as a part of team.
