Hands on, learned a lot

Not much, be prepared to work different times of day

I learned so much in such a small amount of time and really feel as though this position has prepared me for getting a job after college. You are instantly given responsibility and time sensitive projects so it really aids in improving your skills in a ton of different areas. My writing improved, my customer relations skills improved, I became more confident in my skill sets and even discovered what I was passionate about.

It can be very stressful at times due to the fact that the company is mainly intern-ran and students can't dedicate enough hours to the position.
